Dhoni was observed in the video discussing Virat Kohli’s first delivery technique. This message was shared by the captain in the CSK locker room, and it quickly went viral on all social media platforms.

CSK defeats MI to ascend to second place
In contrast, CSK won easily against MI at MA Chidambaram Stadium. Batting first, the away team lost three wickets in quick succession, with skipper Rohit Sharma becoming the player with the most no-balls in the annals of the Indian Premier League. However, after an initial struggle, Nehal Wadhera and Suryakumar Yadav maintained their composure and rescued Mumbai from a precarious situation.

MI had 139 runs on the board after 20 overs, thanks to Wadhera’s first half-century in the competition, which he achieved by scoring 64 runs off 51 balls. Their openers, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway, gave a flawless start to the second innings, allowing Chennai to assume complete control of the match. Conway scored 44 runs off of 42 deliveries, whereas Ruturaj scored 30 runs off of only 16 deliveries.

Later, Shivam Dube’s fast 26* runs off 18 deliveries helped CSK chase down the total in only 17.4 overs thanks to his quick bat. Thus, the team captained by MS Dhoni enhanced their net run rate, which can play a significant role in the final stages of the tournament. They are currently ranked second in the IPL Points Table, while the five-time champions are ranked sixth.
