‘Suryakumar Yadav should take retirement after hitting maiden IPL hundred vs GT’

Suryakumar Yadav was unstoppable against Gujarat Titans at the Wankhede Stadium. He slammed his maiden IPL hundred in the tournament.

The right-hand batter remained unbeaten on 103 runs off 47 balls, with the help of 11 and 6 sixes to take Mumbai Indians to 218/5 in 20 overs.

GT captain Hardik Pandya congratulated him while Mumbai’s mentor Sachin Tendulkar stood up to clap for the best player of the five-time champions.

Famous sports presenter Jatin Sapru made a bizarre statement after SKY reached another milestone in his IPL career.

“His former teammate Hardik Pandya is lauding him. Great, Sachin Tendulkar stood up for SKY. One should take retirement if Sachin gets up for him,” he said.

MI were given a good start by captain Rohit Sharma and Ishan Sharma, who added 61 in 6.1 overs.
